Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Medical Connections, Inc. is a traditional telephone answering service that assists clients locally, state and nation-wide. We offer traditional telephone answering, call center services, call schedule management, front office support, virtual receptionists for appointment scheduling and emergency dispatch. Our clients range from single-doctor offices to large, multi-physician, and multi-location practices, as well as many home health care and hospice agencies, medical & pharmaceutical supply companies, and home infusion and respiratory care offices.
Medical Connections, Inc. opened its doors in 1989 by Sylvia Peppard, R.N. on the foundation of providing telephone answering services to the healthcare community "Second to none". Her son, Billy Peppard, continues that tradition today as a second-generation owner. With nearly 50 years of combined experience in the industry, medical practices and businesses simply can not afford to risk their after hour calls being handled by a call center that is not as familiar or has as much experience handling the type of calls you receive when your office is closed.
